Abstract

A technological support of an access to electronic sources is the important part of delivering information. A traditional way is represented by IP-based authorization which enables users to access information sources within the institution IP address range. This simple way brings a lot of disadvantages with it. Advanced information technologies enable controlled access (i.e. authentication/authorization systems) to resources provided by information suppliers within the framework of a project MŠMT 1N04067 Providing access to key information sources and services for technical subjects.
