Abstract: |
A training programme in IT has been developed at the Palacky University Faculty
of Medicine to support students participating in biomedical research. The programme reflects the steps of theresearch
process : project design - information retrieval - methodology - data collection - data processing - presentation of
results. Essential courses are oriented on internet search tools, information architexture of web documents, quality
assessment of biomedical information. Medical librarians serve as facilitators and programme managers. A survey of
6-year- experience will be given.
