Abstract
Both parties – suppliers and consumers of the state subsidy to the procurement of electronic information resources – agree on the urgent need to streamline the flow of the subsidy and make more efficient the negotiation of conditions of access to the resources. The contribution informs about the current state of preparations ofthe national licensing centre CzechELib.
