INFORUM 2015 Conference scheduled for May
The INFORUM 21st conference will take part again in Prague at University of Economics from May 26 to May 27, 2015.

Peter Gilliver

Peter Gilliver has been working on the Oxford English Dictionary since 1987. He is also writing a history of the project, to be published by OUP. He is the co-author (with fellow lexicographers Jeremy Marshall and Edmund Weiner) of The Ring of Words: Tolkien and the Oxford English Dictionary (2006), and he has written numerous articles and conference papers on the Dictionary and its history.
Dave Pattern
University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom
Dave Pattern is the Library Systems Manager at the University of Huddersfield, UK, which is the current Times Higher Education University of the Year. His background is in software and web development, and his responsibilities include library integration with vendor products, developing new services for the library and simplifying access to e-resources. A former Library Journal “Mover and Shaker”, he was the IWR Information Professional of the Year in 2010 and is proud to call himself a “shambrarian”. In his spare time, he maintains the Alfred Hitchcock Wiki.
Cecilia Petersson
Uppsala University Library, Sweden
Cecilia Petersson is Deputy head of division at the Uppsala University Library. She is responsible for areas within Communication, Information, and Skills Development. Cecilia has for many years driven development issues at Uppsala University Library and has lectured at several national and international conferences. She is the former Director for Library of Economic Sciences until last year.
Linda Vidlund
Uppsala University Library, Sweden
Linda Vidlund is Section Director of the Library for Economic Sciences at Uppsala University Library. Previously, she has pursued future issues as a Project manager within the section for E-resources and implemented Discovery tool and driven innovation ideas in most areas of library development.
Linda Vidlund and Cecilia Petersson won the prize from Technology House as the
innovator of the Year 2011. It was awarded to them for the work on the digital
collections that have been integrated and visualized in the physical premises.
They have used a variety of techniques; QR codes, AR, screens and expertise to
create added value in the room. They brought digital resources in a context
where the users are, and created commitment and competence for both users
and staff.
