Abstract
The presentation will give an overview to CABI eBooks business models for one-time purchase of or subscription to eBooks. We will present:
- Current CAB eBooks perpetual access model
- New EBC platform and flexible package options
- Amazon and Google play services
- Other channels for accessing CAB eBooks
- The future of eBooks offering – more flexible packages offered from the CABI core (i.e. packages of not entire books but chapters on topic areas)
The second part of the presentation will introduce CABI initiatives for enhancing usage of our eBooks:
- CABI’s Training program: integrating webinars and remote training to promote end-user engagement
- CABI’s social media activities, etc.
