Abstract
Feedback loop is one of the key tools for evaluation and innovation of services. It’s the simplest and in the same time the most effective method how to find out if your service works correctly, where potential weaknesses of the service are and how to eliminate them. Feedback loop is not only about distribution of questionnaires to random users or sending mailing with a link to your online questionnaire. It’s all about approach to the users. If you want feedback loop to works correctly, you need to design it similarly as a service. Good designed feedback loop is based on intuitions needs and target group of interviewees so the results are as relevant as possible and there is a big return of answers. It’s also important to create feedback collecting as a fun and to show users that there is a sense in that. The poster shows typical example of a process of feedback loop which has been experienced in our group ODEZVA.
