Abstract

Transforming available information in a usable knowledge is not possible without a systematic approach. The presentation shows how to transform unstructured information from different sources into a structured knowledgebase usable for decision making.

About the author

Graduate of Czech technical university as electrotechnical engineer. In 1993 he established private company Tovek specializing in professional tools for information retrieval and analysis. Professionally he focuse on application of information technologies in Intelligence and Investigation.
