Abstract

The contribution summarizes 5-year-experience in practical implementation of computer graphics to make conference presentations and tutorials in the Learning Resource Centre of Palack� University Faculty of Medicine in Olomouc.

Special attention will be paid to the following issues: necessary technical equipment and software, making presentations in MS PowerPoint in agreement with professional graphic guidelines, digitization of documents, location of biomedical image banks and repositories on the internet and users�training .New perspectives will be discussed of further development of computer graphics applications at Palack� University Faculty of Medicine in the context of cooperation with other institutions in the CR and EU.
