Abstrakt
Trends in library usage and collections, and in the market, point to a need for more innovative solutions that will surpass, not just match, competitive and traditional systems. The ILS or even new Web-scale Management Solutions available do not address many library challenges today. We must focus our efforts not on just replacing the status quo, but on transformation by addressing the needs for the future. In this paper Aaron Maierhofer will present how ProQuest is developing solutions to assist with this transformation.
