Abstract
Amendment to the Copyright Act No. 121/2000 from March 2017 opens up the possibility of closing collective license agreements to make accessible digital documents protected by copyrihgt. In the future, there will be possible to close license agreements between the National Library and collective administrators to make accessible out of commerce works through libraries. It mostly includes accessibilty of results of library collections digitization.
