Abstract
Management of the ASCR is organizing evaluation of their work places on regular basis since 1993. His first phaze of 4th regular round of evaluation for the period between 2005 to 2009 was finished in April 2011. Present evaluation process is using two information systems: ASEP/ARL (Automated System of Evidence of Publications/Advanced Rapid Library) and on-line systém for peer + panel reviews. Our contribution described both of this systems and demonstrate their aplication by evaluation.
