Abstract
Digitalisation is not enough. ProQuest digitized content but also built discovery tools for real research and exchange of information. ProQuest developped also research support suite that makes for easier and more targeted communication between researchers and research institutions.

Jeff Wilensky is the Vice President of Publishing at ProQuest, overseeing all aspects of product direction for products in the following subject areas: business, general reference, social sciences, arts, literature, the humanities, and historical collections. Earlier roles at ProQuest included Global Director of Customer Service and Technical Support, and Director of Marketing and Pricing. Jeff has over 15 years of management experience and has worked in a variety of functional areas and large and small technology companies. Prior to joining ProQuest Jeff worked for telecom equipment vendors Lucent Technologies and the privately held startup company Chromatis Networks, in product management and operations, respectively. He also spent time as an associate at a small venture capital firm, and as a consultant to numerous startup ventures. Jeff holds a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College, and earned his MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan.
