The paper will present the role of Bulgarian libraries in the scholarly communications in three main categories. Libraries in the role of publishers. How they use the new opportunities to creating and managing e-archives with scientific information. The second categories will be present different digitalization projects which are developed by Bulgarian libraries. And the last point will be pay attention to the problems of open access in Bulgarian scholarly communications.

Experience as a bibliographer at Bulgarian National Library “St. St. Cyril and Methodius”, Centre for National Bibliography, Bibliography and books Statistics Department and as librarian at public and school libraries.
Specializations at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Hannover, Germany and Bavarian State Library, Munich, Germany. Member of Bulgarian Library and Information Association.
