Other Important Information
Exhibitors – Register for the Conference
Acceptance of your order form does not automatically mean you have been
registered as a conference participant. Please be sure to complete and return
the conference registration form, which will be sent to you at the end of March,
to us as soon as possible. Please send the name and e-mail address of
each person from your company who is going to attend the conference (up
to 3 representatives from each company, including the speaker). As VIP
participants, exhibitors can attend all conference sessions and social
events.

hours – Check in at the conference (University of Economics, Prague)
Security and Insurance
Exhibition hall space will be secured by other special alarms during the conference, a total of four stage security will be realized. Insurance of exhibits is not centrally secured, it is the responsibility of each and every exhibitor to arrange their own coverage. The conference organiser is not liable for any damage to exhibits of exhibitors.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
If payment for the final invoice is not received in time, the organizer may cancel the ordered presentation.
If any exhibitor (not including Top Sponsors) requests a cancellation of the assigned presentation options, the company will be assessed a cancellation fee as follows:
- Before February 28, 2014, 50 %.
- On or after February 28, 2014 to April 1, 2014, 75 %.
- After April 1, 2014, 100 %.
