Registration terms and conditions
Only delegates with valid registration carrying the clearly visible conference name tag are allowed to enter the conference and exhibition premises. A delegate may be substituted by another person from the same institution only on prior written permission from Organiser.
No peddling, hawking, or selling of any kind will be allowed in the conference premises with the exception of special commercial license obtained from the Organiser (included automatically for exhibitors and sponsors).
Deadline of registration is May 10, 2013.
Standard fee and Standard fee – early bird include admission to all conference sessions, conference materials, refreshments during coffee breaks, admission to the exhibition, use of technical facilities and invitation card for evening party (on the basis of online registration).
Register and realize payment until April 19, 2013 for the early bird discount. If your registration form and/or payment are received after April 19, 2013, the late fee will be charged automatically.
Workshop fee includes admission to the workshop, materials and refreshment.
The registration fee for participants covers name badge, admission to all registered conference sessions, admission to the exhibition, participant’s bag, lunch tickets (on the basis of online registration) and invitation card for evening party (on the basis of online registration). It is very important that you always wear your delegate badge during the conference.
Attendees are responsible for all of their conference and travel expenses. We are unable to provide any funding to subsidize registration costs or any other attendee expenses.
Commercial attendees
Selling products of any kind in the conference and exhibition premises is strictly prohibited with the exception for exhibitors and sponsors and holders of special commercial license obtained from the Organiser. A delegate who would commit such acts without authorization may lose his/her registration without any compensation and has to leave the conference and exhibition premises immediately.
Commercial license authorizes licensees to sell products and services related only to the main focus of the conference, i.e. professional information resources and tools that enable their effective usage.
Methods of Payment
Every participant will receive a proforma invoice via e-mail immediately after the online registration, and an invoice after the payment is done. The required method of payment is bank transfer. Any bank fees are responsibility of the customer (participant).

Please mind that we do not accept neither cheques nor payment in cash on arrival nor credit card payment on site.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
In case the participation is cancelled in writing before April 30, 2013 the paid amount will be refunded less 25 % cancellation fee. After the deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be made after the conference. We are happy to accept replacement participants without any additional charges.

Registration Hours
Upon arrival at the conference, check in at the registration desk. There will be a registration desk set up at the University of Economics, which will work on Tuesday May 21, 2013 from 8.30 AM, in the other conference days is registration unlimited.
