Registration terms and conditions

Register and realize payment until April 16, 2010 for the Early Bird discount. If your registration form and/or payment are received after April 16, 2010, the late fee will be charged automatically.

Standard fee and Standard fee – early birds include admission to all registered conference sessions, conference materials, refreshments during coffee breaks, admission to the exhibition, use of technical facilities and invitation card for evening party (on the basis of on-line registration).

Workshop fee includes admission to the workshop, materials and refreshment.

Lunches – we offer you the possibility to buy tickets for lunches (Wednesday – Friday), which will be served in the University Dinning Hall.

Deadline of registration is May 13, 2010.

The registration fee for participants covers name badge, admission to all registered conference sessions, admission to the exhibition, participant’s bag, lunch tickets (on the basis of online registration) and invitation card for evening party (on the basis of online registration). It is very important that you always wear your delegate badge during the conference.

Attendees are responsible for all of their conference and travel expenses. We are unable to provide any funding to subsidize registration costs or any other attendee expenses.

Methods of Payment

Every participant will receive a proforma invoice via e-mail immediately after the online registration, and an invoice after the payment is done.
The required method of payment is bank transfer. Any bank fees are responsibility of the customer (participant).

Please mind that we do not accept neither cheques nor payment in cash on arrival nor credit card payment on site.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

In case the participation is cancelled in writing before April 30, 2010 the paid amount will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee. After the deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be made after the conference. We are happy to accept replacement participants without any additional charges.

Registration Hours

There will be a registration desk set up at the University of Economics, which will work on Tuesday May 25, 2010 from 9.00, in the other conference days is registration unlimited.
