INFORUM 2010 offers a unique presentation opportunity to all companies in the field of online information services, electronic publishing, library information software developing, electronic data processing and other software and hardware services aimed at all types of libraries, the corporate sector, government agencies and academic institutions.

Who will attend?
INFORUM conference provides companies with excellent opportunities to market products and services and network with professionals in the library and information community. The conference is attended especially by information professionals from academic, special and public libraries, private corporations and state agencies, IT managers, physicians, lawyers, university teachers and students – see the graph. INFORUM is the internationally-attended conference. The original territorial focus to the Czech Republic and Slovakia has been expanded to cover the whole Central and Eastern European region in 2003. Therefore it becomes even more appealing to companies interested in promoting their products and services across the whole region.
Presentation Options
Exhibition Space
Each exhibitor has a dressed table and two chairs. The exhibition will open on the first day of the conference on Tuesday 25 May, and close after the last section on Thursday, May 27. The exhibition area is located in the Vencovsky Aula foyer and in the Ground Floor. Morning and afternoon snacks will be served in the exhibition area. Company Presentation
You also have the option of giving a 20 – 25 minutes presentation on a product review during one of the conference sessions. Papers must be submitted in electronic form, via the submission web page, by March 7, 2010. More informations
Advertisement in the Conference Programme
The proportions of advertisement are A5 and A4, both of them can be in full colour. Deadline for advertisement in the conference programme orders is March 15, 2010. Printed conference Programme is included in conference materials for every participant. More informations.
Leaflets or Brochures Insertion
You can reach with your product offer every participant! Your company leaflet/brochure (max. A4 format, not more than 3 sheets) could be inserted into each participant's conference bag (cca 600–650 copies). Deadline for orders: March 31, 2010. More informations.
Logo in the Main Auditorium
Your company logo could be displayed in the main Auditorium (Vencovsky Aula). The max. dimensions are 70×70 cm.

Sposorship options
Online Text Reporting Sponsorship
Unique opportunity of sponsorship. The main purpose of the projects is to provide those colleagues who will not be able to attend the conference themselves with real-time information on papers presented at the conference. The project is implemented by the civic association of Ikaros, who is the publisher of the professional electronic journal under the same title, in cooperation with organisers of the conference. Conference Notepad Sponsorship
The notepad is a part of the printed program, it is sewed in the middle of each program and it enables to keep all notes in one place.
Put your company logo on the foreside of every page. The text „Sponsor of your notes“ will be also added. The conference logo will be printed on the bottom.
Guest Speaker Sponsorship
Sponsoring a well-respected speaker at the conference where you exhibit. Sponsor is recognized in the printed on-site conference programme next to the name of the speaker, as well as on the website and thanked during speaker introduction. Your company may choose the speaker(s) whom it would like to sponsor.
Coffee Break Sponsorship
Sponsor coffee and refreshment during the session breaks, your logo will appear in the printed conference program, as well as on hostess T-shirts. In addition to coffee and water, small sweet or salty cookies will be served.
Evening Reception Sponsorship
The Infoparty, evening reception, takes part on Wednesday evening May 26, 2010 and it's capacity is 300 guests (VIP guests, INFORUM atendees, exhibitors, speakers). For more information contact the organizer.

Become a sponsor of a group of students who are helping us to keep the conference go smoothly. The expenses for their remuneration are quite high, so the sponsorship will be highly appreciated.
