Online Text Reporting Sponsorship

Unique opportunity of sponsorship. The main purpose of the projects is to provide those colleagues who will not be able to attend the conference themselves with real-time information on papers presented at the conference. The project is implemented by the civic association of Ikaros, who is the publisher of the professional electronic journal under the same title, in cooperation with organisers of the conference. Sponsorship includes the following benefits:

  • your logo on the conference website
  • logo or banner on the IKAROS advertisement
  • logo on the conference partners panel projected during breaks
  • your company will be mentioned in the connection with the project
  • advertising article published in the IKAROS journal (electronic journal for librarians)

Coffee break

Sponsor coffee and refreshment during the session breaks, your logo will appear in the printed conference program, as well as on hostess T-shirts. In addition to coffee and water, small sweet or salty cookies will be served.

Evening reception - Infoparty Sponsorship

The Infoparty takes part on Thursday evening May 28 and it's capacity is 300 guests (VIP guests, INFORUM atendees, exhibitors, speakers). For more information contact the organizer.

Guest speaker Sponsorship

Sponsoring a well-respected speaker at the conference where you exhibit. Sponsor is recognized in the printed on-site conference programme next to the name of the speaker, as well as on the website and thanked during speaker introduction. Your company may choose the speaker(s) whom it would like to sponsor.

Conference notepad Sponsorship

The notepad is a part of the printed program, it is sewed in the middle of each program and it enables to keep all notes in one place.

Put your company logo on the foreside of every page. The text "Sponsor of your notes" will be also added. The conference logo will be printed on the bottom.

INFORUM organising team sponsorship

Become a sponsor of a group of students who are helping us to keep the conference go smoothly. The expenses for their remuneration are quite high, so the sponsorship will be highly appreciated. We will be able to promote your logo (or advertisement) on the T-shirts which are worn by the staff. For more information contact the organizer.
