Informative Education of University Students and Pedagogues

Abstract:

University students and pedagogues have mostly computer literacy now. But their informative literacy isn't on corresponding levels and they have not knowledge of methods and forms access to wide offered e-sources. Institute of Lifelong Education of Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry Brno practises this education how in regular so and combination studies and it has already over most 15 years experience in informative education pedagogues Project sponsored ESF will continue that education from year 2009 as European Social Fund – Competitive Education. Its significant part is internal university with exploitation e-source for supports education.

About author:

Director of Institute for Scientific and Pedagogic Information and Services from 1990 to 2006, from 2007 he is academic on Institute Lifelong Education of Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry Brno. He was graduated at Technical University of Brno and CSc. at University of Economy in Prague. He worked in PVT Brno, CKD Blansko and Furniture Industry Brno as head of departements Computer Centre and departements Information and Management Systems. He has solved of state and grant projects. Results of his work is modernized library with automatic system and modern information centre of university. He is teaching and publishing in sphere information and communication technology and he solves projects of ESF.
