Abstract:
Almost everyone knows that the quality information is the key for the right decisions. It is also obvious that all companies have to know, what their customers wants and what the latest development on the market is. Without such information the time for any company is very limited on the market. Therefore almost all companies have some marketing information system. The small ones have just simple process like a meeting of the all involved employees and there they discuss the problem. Of course if the company is bigger such “system” is unsuitable and there has to be built some kind of the formal system. ComAp as a very dynamic and export focused company experienced necessity of marketing information systems in the close history. My presentation is about building of the marketing information system from the beginning 2 years ago to implementation of the systems. I would like to mention our plans for future development with close relation to CI too. Part of the presentation will be an analysis of the information sources we need and what kind of problems we faced within the implementation.
