Thanks to the projects of programme Ministry of Education of the CR 1N (R&D Information Infrastructure (National Research Programme)) the academic staff and students of CTU (Czech Technical University in Prague) have an access to the wide collection of electronic information resources for many years. Evidently it is not enough only to make these resources accessible but it is necessary to find new ways how to make them easier and more effective to use. New tools and extra services were implemented to the CTU information services to support the maximum use of information resources. This presentation will present the experience with the RefWorks service, own system managing access of online e-books according to the user demands and utilization of web pages to support research at CTU.
