INFORUM 2007 offers a unique presentation opportunity to all companies in the field of online information services, electronic publishing, library information software developing, electronic data processing and other software and hardware services aimed at all types of libraries, the corporate sector, government agencies and academic institutions.
The original territorial focus to the Czech Republic and Slovakia has been expanded to cover the whole Central and Eastern European region in 2003. Therefore it becomes even more appealing to companies interested in promoting their products and services across the whole region.
INFORUM conference provides companies with excellent opportunities to market products and services and network with professionals
in the library and information community. The exhibition will open on the first day of the conference on Tuesday 22 May, and
close after the afternoon coffee break on Thursday 24 May. The exhibition area is located in the New Auditorium foyer and in the
Ground Floor. Morning and afternoon snacks will be served in the exhibition area.
Each exhibitor has a small, dressed table
and two chairs. Power and internet access (Wi-Fi network) is available at each table.

You also have the option of giving a 15-20 minutes presentation on a product review during one of the conference sessions. Papers must be submitted in electronic form (registration includes title and a short abstract), via the submission web page, by February 12th 2007.
Advertisement in the Conference Programme should be delivered by April 9th. The dimensions are 190 x 128 mm (WxH - i.e. „landscape“) and it can be in full colour. Printed conference Programme is included in conference materials for every participant.
You can reach with your product offer every participant! Your company leaflet/brochure (A4 format, not more than 6 sheets) could be inserted into each participant's conference bag. 600-650 copies should be delivered by May 11th, 2007. It is also possible to insert pens, mousepads, etc.
Your company logo could be displayed in the main Auditorium (New Auditorium). The max. dimensions are 100 x 120 cm.
You can choose some of these promotional options or select a favoured package of promotional options. Please contact organisers to discuss any packages and the pricelist.
All orders are subject of approval by the organising committee and approved orders will be confirmed in writing. An invoice for 100% of the total price will be issued by March 1st, 2007, due 30 days after invoice date. There will be no refund on cancellations after April 3rd, 2007. If payment for the final invoice is not received in time, the organizer may cancel the ordered presentation.
