Abstract
Information is everywhere you look. With so many choices, it is important to understand the pros and cons of the different services. When choosing delivering information to your patrons, it is important to consider content, functionality, features, ease-of-use, access methods, relevance, reliability and pricing models. Google, NetLibrary and Knovel provide an interesting cross section of information services to compare. This analysis will help you discern the differences between the services examined and teach you the right questions to ask about a new service.
