Abstrakt

Scopus™ is a new scientific literature research tool designed with and for end users and librarians alike, based on the world largest A&I database combined with searching the scientific web offering optimal navigation through >14,000 scientific journal titles, including 400 Open Access journals, from over 4,000 publishers.

Superior navigation through the available scientific literature is enabled by means of new searching and browsing functionality on approx 27 million abstracts, indexed and extended with references - both forward and backward offering the shortest way to the full text of research articles.

Scopus will be integrated with the rest of the library by several full text linking options, including linking to local holdings and to remote entitlements, and by combined searching options through different library sources.
