About the author: |
Anne Kail is Sales and Marketing Executive in the Online Products department at
Oxford University Press, working across OUP's expanding portfolio of online databases. The Online Products team handles
all customer-related aspects of the products, so that librarians have one point of contact for information, access, free
trials, subscriptions, billing, and training. Anne's unusual background comprising librarianship, as well as sales and
customer support, has equipped her well for this role. After joining Oxford University Press in 1999 as Customer
Services Executive in the Electronic Publishing Department she moved to the sales department as UK Sales Adminstrator.
