In consequence of fast development of IT the Informative Enviroment changes
essentially. Libraries same as informative working-place go through more stages of its own transformation aimed at another form of
organization indicated as hybrid library. This contribution is brief survey of what concern this transformation and mainly from view
of claims to informative systems which will be in future able to contain all changes ensue from new informative enviroment.
