Industrial property information (IPR information) represents one of the
important information sources in the area of science and technology. This specific kind of information can play the important role
for small and medium entrepreneurship support or science and research innovation activities. With the help of the IPR information it
is possible to restructure the production or to introduce the new technology. It enables the entrepreneurs to eliminate problems
related to the infringement of third party rights and in this way to prevent from possible damages; they have also an important task
in the company license policy. The accessibility of many national and international industrial property databases via Internet was
the important qualitative improvement in this field. |
