European law represents the cornerstone in the European integration. Under the
terms of already started process of Czech legal code harmonization, the demand of European law information will gradually turn over
from harmonization and legislative minister sections to a wider public. Legal information is simultaneously relatively specific for
its normativeness and thus for the request of top accuracy. Problematic is not only accessibility of originals but also correct
norms translation into Czech language, understanding of complicated data structure, quick searching for legal amateurs. A
significant problem presents the accessibility of informational systems - e.g. JUSTIS Online and CELEX.
Searching on the web sites is often imperfect, systems are outdated. Furthermore it is necessary to bind Czech and foreign legal
information.
There will be demonstrated current problems in using e.g. texts of EU directives in Czech government cause reports and described
some interesting sources. |
