There has been developed and launched an agrarian WWW portal AGRIS.cz at the Czech Agricultural University. The designed solution is now fully conformable with the European Community summit findings in Lisboa, where it has been proclaimed to be a key element of economical growth, research in the Internet sphere and top information technology.

The range and bearing of the AGRIS.cz system nowadays goes over a common information system or classic web pages. It assumes the real shape of the WWW portal in a way, described in terms of the concept for information and advisory system of the Department Of Agriculture. It is such integration of information within specialized servers and portals which outlines the strategic target of the top world solutions.
