WAP - Mobile Access to Information Resources

This lecture describes WAP technology and its application, mainly in the context of Internet information resources. It deals with the technical conditions libraries need to meet to make their resources accessible in the Internet via WAP. The lecture is complemented with a practical demonstration of access to Palacky University Library Catalogue via a mobile phone.
