An overview of online catalogues of Czech public and special libraries on the Internet

	More and more Czech public and special libraries offer their online catalogues on the Internet so that the visitors of their home pages can be informed of the availability of the documents they are looking for before they enter the library. The author of this paper tries to give an analysis of different online catalogues, mentions both their merits and their negatives. He brings a lot of suggestions how to improve these online catalogues from the view of library users.
